This 17-year-old woman’s main concern when she came to me was her nostril flare she got when smiling. In addition to the nostrils, she also wanted to address her dorsal bump and deviated septum. I performed a septorhinoplasty to improve her breathing and the appearance of her nose – matching her mature demeanor with a new, mature look. The subsequent photos were taken 3 ½ months after surgery.
