This 48 year old woman wanted to address sagging in her lower face, neck, and marionette lines. Additionally, she wanted to tighten the skin under her eyes to have a more refreshed look. She had a deep plane facelift and neck lift, paired with a lower eyelid skin pinch excision. These photos were taken at 5 months after her surgery.
