Please follow these instructions to schedule a consultation based on the procedure you are interested in. Keep in mind that all consultations scheduled online are confirmed ONLY after you receive a text confirmation and are not guaranteed until you receive that confirmation. Provide both your phone number and email address in case we need to reschedule.
Surgical Consultations: We provide an initial complimentary phone call with our Surgical Coordinator who will provide you with information about the procedure that you are interested in. To prepare us for the call, please fill out the “Notes” section with what surgical procedure you would like to discuss (Ex. Facelift, Necklift, Rhinoplasty, Eyelid Surgery, etc.) and what you would like to address. A nonrefundable consultation fee of $300 will be collected once a formal consultation is scheduled with Dr. Tansavatdi.
Botox, Filler, and Skincare Consultations: A consultation fee of $300 is required to book the appointment. This fee can be applied towards the payment of your treatment. To maximize your time with us, please fill out the “Notes” section with your concerns and/or results you are looking to achieve.
Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty Consultations: Dr. Tansavatdi is the only provider who performs this specialty injection. A nonrefundable consultation fee of $300 is required to book the 15-minute video consultation appointment. This fee can be applied to your procedure. Prior to confirming your appointment, a member of our team will reach out to you with more information and send you instructions on how to upload photos for Dr. Tansavatdi to review.
