DEEP PLANE FACELIFT

Dr. Tansavatdi's deep plane facelift operates beneath the face's supportive layer, offering more effective, longer-lasting results. This technique repositions tissues without pulling skin taut, ensuring patients look natural and not "overdone." Benefits include fewer revisions, natural looking outcomes, reduced scarring, more youthful jawline, and improved cheek and midface contour. The most common combined procedure Dr. Tansavatdi performs with a deep plane facelift is CO2 laser resurfacing which smoothes out any residual wrinkles around the eyes, and mouth that cannot be fully addressed with a deep plane facelift. Occasionally, Dr. Tansavatdi will also recommend combining the procedure with a temporal brow lift and/or autologous fat grafting if there is excessive loss of volume or excess skin that cannot be adequately addressed with facelift surgery alone.

DEEP NECK LIFT

Dr. Tansavatdi's deep neck lift sculpts the neck and is intended for those who have early heaviness in the neck without any aging changes in the lower face. The jawline is addressed when combined with a deep plane facelift. The procedure sculpts the deep compartments of muscle, fat and glands in the neck in order to contour the neck. Results typically last 10-15 years, with post-surgery recovery allowing sedentary work within two weeks and exercise in a month.
