This patient had concerns about aged appearance of the eyes due to the sagging upper and lower eyelids. She underwent volume replacement earlier with Radiesse to the cheeks and Belotero to the tear trough (left picture is post filler injection). She underwent upper and lower eyelid lift (upper blepharoplasty and lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty) with fat repositioning of the orbital fat to fill volume loss in the tear troughs.
