This 59 year old patient was beginning to have skin laxity around her face and neck. She had multiple scars in the neck and left lower eyelid from previous surgeries which also contributed to the sagging of her skin. She underwent a deep plane facelift, deep plane necklift, and CO2 laser resurfacing. These photos were taken 3 months after surgery.
