This 52 year old patient wanted to address aging changes in the lower face and neck as well as sagging that she had noticed around the brows and upper eyelids. She also felt that her hairline was high and there was a scar from a previous skin cancer removal on her forehead that she did not like. I performed a deep plane facelift, necklift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, autologous fat transfer, and trichophytic browlift with hairline lowering to address her concerns. These photos were taken 1 year after surgery.
