This 58 year old Hispanic woman had concerns with sagging around her lower face and neck area. She is very active and since losing weight, she noticed more sagging in the lower face especially in the marionette lines around the mouth. She underwent a deep plane cheek-neck rhytidectomy with platysmaplasty, deep neck contouring, release of neck scar, and an autogolous fat transfer to face. These photos were taken 2.5 months post surgery.
