This patient underwent lower eyelid surgery and had an autologous fat transfer to the tear trough and cheek areas. This patient had previous jaw surgery which left her jaw looking shortened. Fat grafting was done to the back of the jawline to create a jawline that was more balanced with the rest of the face.
