This patient had lower blepharoplasty surgery with autologous fat grafting approximately 4 years ago. Upon returning she wanted to address the heaviness of her upper eyelids. She underwent upper blepharoplasty surgery to remove excess skin in order to address the heaviness she was experiencing. The photo on the left depicts the patient prior to both surgeries.
