This patient came to Dr. Tansavatdi concerns about a heavy neck and lack of definition along her jawline after considerable weight loss. She underwent platysmaplasty, liposculpting of the neck and jawline and Radiesse injections to the chin. This combination of procedures allowed for a more defined jawline and strengthened the appearance of her chin. The after photos were taken 5 ½ months post-surgery.
