This 69 year old Asian woman was concerned about fine lines and deep pigmentation spots on the face. She was pretreated with Retin-A and hydroquinone cream for 4 weeks prior to undergoing fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of her skin in one treatment sitting. The tone, texture, and pigmentation spots in her skin were improved after one treatment.
