This 58 year old patient wanted to address sagging around her jawline and neck and wanted a more defined jawline. She also had had fillers to her lips for years and felt that her upper lip was looking long and did not look naturally full with fillers. She underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift, deep neck contouring, temporal brow lift, subnasal lip lift and lip augmentation using a mastoid fascia graft. These photos were taken 4 months after surgery.
