This 55 year old was concerned about the fine lines around her mouth and in her lower face. She felt like her upper lip was elongated and that she used to have more volume in her lips. She also wanted to address her neck bands that became more prominent with age. She underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift, subnasal and corner lip lift, lip augmentation, facial fat transfer, dermabrasion to lip border, and CO2 laser resurfacing. These photos were taken 2.5 months after surgery.
