This 52 year old was concerned about the laxity in her lower face and neck after weight loss. She also felt like her upper eyelids were heavy and that her lower eyelid bags were noticeable. She felt like her chin was prominent as well. She underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift, temporal brow lift, bilateral lower blepharoplasty, facial fat transfer, and mentoplasty surgery. These photos were taken 4 months after surgery.
