This 59-year-old woman wanted to address aging changes to her lower face, neck, cheeks, and eyelids. She felt that she had as developed a neck wattle, which tends to run in the family. In addition, she noticed jowling along the jawline and felt that her cheeks were drooping. She wanted a rejuvenated look rather than looking sad and droopy. She had a deep plane facelift with deep neck contouring, temporal brow lift, subnasal and corner lip lift, lower blepharoplasty (lower eyelid) surgery, and facial fat transfer around the eyes. These photos were taken 2 1/2 months after her surgery.
