This 48-year-old woman wanted to have a slimmer nose, and a more defined bridge for a “Eurasian” look. This picture was taken one month after Asian augmentation rhinoplasty in which Dr. Tansavatdi harvested her ear cartilage to use as cartilage grafts to build up the bridge of the nose and provide more definition to the tip of the nose. Notice how her eyes appear more open and closer to each other due to the presence of the more defined bridge after surgery.
