This 60 year old traveling patient came to our clinic with primary concerns focused on the area around her mouth and laxity in her neck. She felt that skin laxity and downturn around the mouth contributed to a sad appearance. To address these concerns, she underwent an extended deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, facial fat transfer, subnasal lip lift, corner lip lift, and full-face CO2 laser resurfacing. She submitted a selfie photo approximately 4 months after surgery.
