This patient wanted to address her upper eyelids. She felt that they were heavy and drooping. She came to Dr. Tansavatdi to address this surgically. Dr. Tansavatdi recommended lifting the heavy brows through a pretrichial approach (incision placed in front of the hairline) to prevent the high forehead hairline from receding further. She underwent a pretrichial brow lift and an upper eyelid fat removal surgery to achieve this improved appearance. The subsequent photos were taken ten months after surgery.
