This 40 year old woman was starting to notice puffiness under her eyes over the past few years. Due to the nature of her deep set eyes, she always had hollowing under her eyes and wanted to address the sunken look. She underwent lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and fat transfer to the under eye area. These photos were taken 6 months after her surgery.
