This 66-year-old woman wanted to address the visible fat pads under her eyes which made her look tired. Additionally, she wanted to improve the quality of her skin as she was seeing visible wrinkles and creases throughout her face. She had lower eyelid surgery, autologous fat transfer and full face CO2 laser resurfacing. These photos were taken 9 months after surgery.
