This 52-year-old patient came into my office and was concerned with her signs of aging. She noticed puffiness of her upper eyelids and dark circles under the eyes. She underwent upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) and autologous fat transfer to the under eye area. These photos were taken 3 months after surgery.
