This 64-year-old woman was concerned with the looseness of her neck and skin laxity due to aging. She also did not like the irregularity under her chin after neck liposuction she had many years ago. In addition to her neck, she was noticing puffiness under her eyes and heavy upper eyelids. She underwent a deep plane facelift, necklift, chin liposuction, and upper and lower blepharoplasty to refresh her appearance. These photos were taken 6 months after surgery.
