This 67 year old female has noticed sagging of the neck and jowling of the lower face. In addition, she noticed hollowing around her eyes and wanted to address the aging changes that she notices. To address her goals, she underwent deep plane facelift, deep plane neck lift with platysmaplasty, facial fat transfer, and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. These photos were taken 2 months after surgery, and she is still healing.
