This 73 year old patient wanted to correct the signs of aging to the lower face and neck after a previous facelift surgery. She started noticing more prominent marionette lines and folds around her mouth. I performed a facelift and neck lift with a deep plane approach and CO2 laser resurfacing. The photos were taken 2 months out from surgery.
