This 63 year old patient sought to address laxity in the lower face and neck, as well as lines around the mouth, with the goal of looking as vibrant as she feels on the inside. She had previously undergone an upper blepharoplasty several years prior. Her rejuvenation was performed in stages. One year ago, she underwent a deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, endoscopic brow lift, lower blepharoplasty, and facial fat transfer. More recently, at 3 months prior to these photos, she underwent a secondary upper blepharoplasty with ptosis repair to further open up her eyes.
