This 38 year old wanted to address the heavy look and sagging of her neck. She was also looking to address a visible bump on the bridge of her nose. To achieve this, she underwent a deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, and rhinoplasty surgery. These photos were taken 18 months after surgery.
