This 61 year old woman came to me interested in addressing her overall aging face, drooping brows, falling cheeks and jowls, and her long upper lip. She underwent a deep plane facelift and necklift with deep neck contouring, an endoscopic brow lift, sub nasal lip lift, bilateral corner lip lift, as well as upper and lower lip augmentation using an autologous mastoid fascia graft. These photos were taken 3.5 months after surgery.
