- Deep Plane Facelift
This 80 year old patient wished to look as vibrant as she feels. She was particularly concerned with sagging in the neck and prominent lines in the lower face. She also felt that her upper eyelids and brows appeared heavy and was interested in addressing these areas for a more refreshed appearance. She had three previous lower eyelid surgeries and still noticed that the lower eyelid was not smooth. To achieve her goals, she underwent a secondary deep plane facelift, deep neck lift, trichophytic brow lift with hairline lowering, secondary upper and lower blepharoplasty, facial fat transfer, nanofat grafting, and lobuloplasty.These photos were taken 6 months after surgery. She also underwent CO2 laser resurfacing 3 months prior to these photos to further enhance skin texture and overall skin quality.
