This 71 year old woman was noticing hollowing in her face and sagging in her lower face and neck. In addition, she felt that her upper eyelids were heavy. She underwent a Deep Plane Facelift and Necklift, Deep Neck contouring, Upper Blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), Temporal Browlift, and Facial Fat Transfer.
