This 57 year old woman wanted to address the loose skin of her lower face and neck. She also noticed that her under eyes were very hollow and she felt like this aged her appearance. She underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift, facial fat transfer with PRFM, and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. These photos were taken 8 months after her facelift and neck lift procedure and 6 months after her lower blepharoplasty procedure.
