This 60 year old male felt that his nose had always been too big for his face and it had become bigger with time. He felt that the nostrils were too wide and that from the side he had a hook to his nose. He could feel where the bridge was too high and felt that the tip drooped. He was also experiencing chronic congestion and breathing issues. I performed a septoplasty and rhinoplasty to address his concerns. These photos were taken 4 months after surgery.
