This 24 year old female felt that her nose was bulbous and boxy, and appeared to have a hump from the side. She noticed that her nose would like wider and droop when she smiled. She wanted to refine the tip of her nose, narrow the nasal bridge and reduce the hump. She underwent a septoplasty, alarplasty and rhinoplasty. These photos were taken 1 month following surgery.
