This 59 year old female had problems breathing through her nose and wanted to address her nasal congestion, a sharp bump on her nose as well as a bulbous nasal tip. She underwent functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty including septoplasty, hump reduction, tip refinement, and correction of the crooked deformity. These photos were taken 4 weeks after surgery.
