This 24 yo Hispanic male underwent closed rhinoplasty surgery to lower a dorsal hump in September 2018 and now feels that his tip and bridge are wider than he would like. I performed a septorhinoplasty and narrowed the nostrils via alarplasty and sill reduction. These photos were taken 6 months after his second surgery.
