This 30-year-old male was interested in addressing the hooked appearance to his nose and wanted to shrink the size of his nose. He felt that his nose was too big and long and wanted to bring it closer to his face. This was particularly evident when he smiled and the tip of his nose dropped. He also wanted to look natural without an operated appearance.I performed a dorsal preservation rhinoplasty to address these concerns. These photos were taken 9m after surgery.
