This 26-year-old patient wanted her nose to fit her face and felt that the bump and hooked appearance detracted from her other facial features. She was also having congestion and headaches. She underwent a rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction. After surgery, her self-confidence improved and the headaches went away. These photos were taken over 6 months after her surgery.
