This 26-year-old patient came in to address a hump and drooping tip, which caused her nose to hook down. Her nose was also crooked to the right and she felt that it was too large for her face. She underwent an open rhinoplasty to reduce her hump, straighten her nose and lift her tip. She is pictured 3 months after surgery.
