This 15-year-old female wanted to address her crooked nose and problems with breathing due to a deviated septum. She underwent a septoplasty and rhinoplasty to address the crooked deformity, smooth the bump on her nose, refine the shape of her nose, and straighten her septum. These photos were taken 6 months after surgery.
