This 22 year old man reported having a deviated septum found on a CT scan.. He had previous trauma to the nose. He wanted to correct the hump and crooked appearance to his nose. He was also found to have a droopy tip that was accentuating the hump. He underwent both Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty procedures. These photos were taken 6 months after his surgery.
