This 23 year old patient did not like the bumps on the bridge of her nose and felt that her nasal bridge was low. She had trouble with glasses sitting well on the bridge of her nose and wanted a more refined bridge. She had also noticed congestion on the right side of her nose and was found to have a deviated septum. She underwent septoplasty and augmentation Asian rhinoplasty using ear cartilage to build up the bridge of her nose. She also had an alarplasty to reduce the width of her nostrils. These photos were taken 1 month after surgery.
