This patient complained of difficulty breathing from the left nostril from a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. The patient also wanted to address the “hanging columella” and hump on the bridge of the nose. He underwent a septorhinoplasty and inferior turbinate reduction. The hump was removed and the hanging columella was repaired. The septum was straightened and the tip was refined by narrowing and sculpting the tip cartilages.
